Sullair Portable Model 210H UTILITY Portable Utility Compressor

The Sullair utility models are heavy duty rotary screw compressors designed and manufactured specifically for utility truck applications. The narrowest utility compressor available, these compact units require less chassis space for cross-bed mounting on your truck or equipment. While fork lift pockets, exposed single point lifting bail and large lift-off side panels facilitate installation and major maintenance, routine servicing items such as fluids and filters are readily accessible through a convenient curbside service door.

Service Accessible
Hinged, padlockable door provides unrestricted eye level access for routine service of engine and compressor components. Full-flow compressor fluid filter with replaceable spin-on fiber glass element and engine oil filter are easily changed. The separate two-stage, dry-type intake air filters for engine and compressor are also readily accessible. In addition, the engine fuel fill, engine oil fill, compressor fluid fill and compressor fluid sight glasses are mounted at eye level for easy monitoring and filling

Protective Controls
An efficient Shutdown System and Annunciation Module (SSAM), with annunciator light provides automatic shutdown in the event of high compressor temperature, high engine coolant temperature, and low engine oil pressure or engine underspend

Remote Engine and Compressor Fluid Drains
Convenient O-ring plug fittings are provided for draining and easy servicing of compressor lubricant, engine oil and coolant.

Installation
Full-length forklift pockets and exposed single point lifting bail (positioned for even balance) facilitate easy removal from trucks frames for complete maintenance.

Instrument Panel
Featuring an aluminum hinged padlockable door, this eye level panel contains a full range of instruments, including air pressure gauge, hourmeter, voltmeter, engine oil pressure gauge, engine coolant temperature gauge and compressor discharge temperature gauge. Add to this the convenience of a rocker type ignition switch, idle warm-up valve and a glow plug starting aid. The 210H model also contains a high/low pressure selector valve. Optional instrument panel illumination is available for round-the-clock use.

Corrosion Resistant Enclosure
Fabricated from rugged Galvanneal exterior sheet metal, the compressor is finished with a durable baked-on powder coat paint that resists impact chipping and corrosion. Other features that help reduce exterior maintenance and extend service life include plated fittings and hardware, and an aluminum instrument panel door.
